I called the Allen Park post office back and spoke with a supervisor who told me to call back my local (Eastpointe) post office and speak with the delivery supervisor or the postmaster supervisor and have them send a package inquiry email. Today I called Eastpointe post office and was told by the supervisor Nicole that it was never delivered, so I looked at the tracking information online and saw it was sent to the Allen Park post office I called there and was told it was actually sent to the Detroit package distribution center they gave me a number to call and I couldn't get a hold of anyone there. "It wasn't an accident," Doreen Landry said of the 2009 crime in which the pair held her son for 10 hours after abducting him outside an Eastpointe sandwich shop. Landry's mother said the men deserve to spend the rest of their lives behind bars. They introduced brain science and the men's tumultuous childhoods into evidence this week. The men's attorneys are asking the judge to consider sentences that includes the possibility of parole decades from now. ![]() Prosecutors are seeking the same sentences for the pair. They are up for resentencing because of a broader court ruling regarding the constitutionality of life sentences for juveniles. Both were sentenced to life without parole. ![]() Taylor, now 21, was two months shy of 17 when the slaying occurred Maslamani, now 22, was four months from turning 18.
